R & R WELLNESS AND SPA POLICIES

PARKING & CHECKING IN

Parking is available located off 17 th avenue in behind Ocean Pointe Business Centre. A parking meter is located near the entrance to the building and additional parking can be found underground. Any treatments over 2 hours, R & R Wellness and Spa will require your parking pass and will redeem off your treatment amount.

With an initial booking confirmation, patients will be asked for some information including name, phone number, email, credit card number to hold appointment time. Credit cards are required at time of booking. We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out intake forms or update your personal information. Please ensure you have disclosed all current medical history. Please ensure we have your up-to-date address, email, and contact information.

LATE ARRIVALS, CANCELLATIONS & MISSED APPOINTMENTS

To ensure optimal treatment experience, our care providers reserve the right to reschedule late arrivals of more than 15 minutes. R & R Wellness and Spa may retain treatment deposits failing a timely arrival. R & R Wellness and Spa require 24 Hour cancellation notice. Appointment confirmations will be sent via text or email two business days prior to your scheduled appointment.

Treatment deposits are non-refundable if patients fail to appear. A “no- show” fee will apply if you fail to appear to your confirmed appointment time.

GIFT CARDS AND PAYMENT TYPES

Product and treatment costs are disclosed at the time of consultation and will be clarified prior to treatment. The balance owing for products and services will be due at the time of treatment.

We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, Master Card, Amex, and R & R Wellness and Spa Gift Cards. We are committed to ensuring skin care satisfaction. Exchanges must be made in person. Skincare and Supplements may be returned within 30 days unopened*. All gift cards are final sale.
